Only album by
British Prog group Arc, which is a typical early Prog effort full of
excellent ideas and interesting playing, which didn't met with a
particular interest at the time of its release and was discovered years
later by connoisseurs of the genre, becoming a rare collectors' item.
The band was formed by guitarist John Turnbull and keyboardist Mick
Gallagher and included also bassist Tom Duffy and drummer David
Montgomery. The album includes several extended tracks featuring heavy
guitar and keyboards work with the rest of the material being less
complex, but still quite interesting. In retrospect this is one more
lost gem of the period, which deserves a renewed listening opportunity,
especially by people who like to dig deeply into the history of early
Prog. Line-up / Musicians Tom Duffy/bass,vocals Mickey Gallagher/keyboards Dave Trudex/drums John Turnbull/guitar,vocals Rob Tait/drums David Montgomery/drums Discography ... at this 1971
